Missing Maps

If maps you expect to see are missing, first separate map access from offline downloads. Your OMN4 account can unlock subscribed maps on supported devices, but offline map downloads are managed on each device.

Check The Account And Subscription

  1. Open Settings > My Account.
  2. Check that the signed-in account is the one that owns the subscription.
  3. Check the subscriptions and expiry details shown on the device.
  4. If you have just renewed or changed a subscription, keep the device online and allow OMN4 time to refresh account data.
  5. Reopen Map Management after the account information has refreshed.

What to expect: a map entitlement can appear without the offline map data already being stored on this device.

Check Map Management

  1. Open the map screen.
  2. Open Map Management.
  3. Check that the area you need is listed under My Areas.
  4. Expand the area and look for the map type you expected.
  5. If the area is not listed, use Add Area.
  6. If the map type is listed but not stored, download it for offline use.

Maps Visible On One Device But Not Another

That usually means the subscription is available, but the second device has not downloaded the same offline map data.

Use Download Maps on each device you plan to use away from a connection. Sync does not copy large offline map files between devices.

Maps Missing Only When Offline

If maps appear while you have a connection but disappear when you are offline, check:

  • the map type is downloaded, not just available for streaming
  • the selected area covers the place you are viewing
  • the map was previously being streamed rather than downloaded
  • Map Management does not show Partial on device, Partial Outdated, or another status that explains missing coverage

If The Map Still Does Not Appear

Email support@anquet.com and include:

  • the account email
  • the platform and app version from Settings > About, if you can open it
  • the area and map type you expected
  • whether the map is missing everywhere or only when offline
  • purchase or renewal details if this started after a subscription change
