Missing Maps

If maps you expect to see are missing, first work out whether the problem is access, sync, or a missing offline download.

Newly Purchased Or Renewed Mapping

If you have just bought or renewed something:

  1. open Map Management or My Maps
  2. run sync if that option is shown
  3. give the app time to refresh your account data
  4. reopen the app if the entitlement still has not appeared

Maps Visible On One Device But Not Another

Remember that offline downloads are per device. A second device may show the entitlement but still need its own download.

Maps Missing Only When Offline

That usually means the area has not been downloaded locally, or the downloaded coverage is incomplete for the map type you are trying to use.

If The Subscription Looks Wrong

Open Settings then My Account and check:

  • the signed-in account
  • the subscriptions shown on the device
  • any expiry details

If the entitlement still does not appear, contact support with the account email and purchase details.
