Include These Details
Sending the right information first usually makes support much faster:
- which OMN app you are using: Windows, macOS, iPhone/iPad, or Android
- the app version from Settings then About
- the email address used for your OMN account if it is different from the one you are emailing from
- a short description of the problem and what you already tried
