Use this page when the troubleshooting steps do not solve the problem and you need help from Anquet support.

Email Support

Email is the safest route if you cannot sign in, OMN4 will not open, or you cannot reach the signed-in support tools.

Signed-In Support Tickets

If you can sign in on the website, you can also use OMN4 support tickets. This lets you raise a ticket, track replies, and keep the conversation in your account.

Do not use this as the only route if your problem is that you cannot sign in. In that case, email support instead.

Include These Details

Sending the right information first usually makes support much faster:

  1. The platform: Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad, or Android.
  2. The app version from Settings > About, if you can open it.
  3. The email address used for your OMN4 account, if it is different from the one you are emailing from.
  4. A short description of the problem.
  5. What you already tried.
  6. Whether the problem affects one device or several.
  7. Whether it started after an update, purchase, sync, or map download.

  • the area and map type if the issue is about maps
  • the data type if the issue is about sync
  • the sign-in method if the issue is about account access
  • the exact wording of any error message
