When Should I Use GPX Instead Of Sync?
Use GPX when you want a portable file you can share, archive, or import into another system. Use sync when you want supported OMN4 data to move between your own signed-in devices.
Will GPX Keep All My OMN4 Settings?
Usually not. GPX is mainly for geographic data such as routes, tracks, and waypoints, not your full OMN4 account setup. Export important GPX files as an extra portable copy when you need one.
