App Will Not Start

If OMN4 does not reach the main map screen, start with the safest checks first.

Try These Steps

  1. close the app fully and open it again
  2. restart the device
  3. check whether the app offers a reset or recovery prompt after repeated failed starts
  4. sign in again if the app asks for your account details after recovery

Important Warning For Mobile

Avoid uninstalling the app as a first step on iPhone, iPad, or Android. Reinstalling can remove downloaded maps from the device.

If Startup Problems Continue

  • make a note of the app version from About if you can still reach it
  • note the platform and device model
  • contact support with a short description of what you see before the app stops

If the app resets and then opens normally, give sync time to restore supported cloud data and then re-download any offline maps you need.
