Cannot Sign In

Most sign-in problems come down to using the wrong login method or waiting for email verification that never arrives.

Check The Sign-In Method

  • if you originally used Apple, keep using Apple
  • if you originally used Google, keep using Google
  • if you use email sign-in, look for the verification code email and enter the code carefully

If The Code Email Does Not Arrive

  • check junk or spam folders
  • make sure you typed the email address correctly
  • wait a few minutes and request a fresh code if needed

Other Things To Check

  • the device has an internet connection
  • date and time on the device are correct
  • you are not mixing two different email addresses
