Cannot Sign In
Use this page if OMN4 will not let you into your account, the email code does not arrive, or the code is not accepted.
Check The Sign-In Method First
OMN4 has separate sign-in choices. Use the same route you normally use for this account.
- If you originally used Sign in with Apple, choose Sign in with Apple again.
- If you originally used Sign in with Google, choose Sign in with Google again.
- If you use email sign-in, choose Sign in with Email.
- Enter the email address attached to your OMN4 account.
- Select Send Code.
- Enter the code on the Verify Code screen.
What to expect: OMN4 signs in and then moves on to account and sync setup. If OMN4 asks you to create or link an account, the sign-in method has worked but is not yet attached to the Anquet account you expected.
If The Code Email Does Not Arrive
- Check junk, spam, and filtered inbox folders.
- Make sure you typed the email address correctly.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Use Resend verification code if the first code does not arrive.
- Use Change email if you spot a mistake in the address.
What to expect: only the newest code may work. If you request a fresh code, use the most recent email.
Other Things To Check
- The device has an internet connection.
- The date and time on the device are correct.
- You are not mixing two different email addresses or sign-in providers.
- A browser-based Apple or Google sign-in window is not blocked by another app or permission prompt.
When To Contact Support
If you cannot sign in, email support@anquet.com. Do not rely on the signed-in support ticket page for this problem, because that route needs account access.
Include:
- the email address you are trying to use
- whether you chose Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Email
- the platform: Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad, or Android
- what happens after you choose the sign-in method
