Password Reset
Most OMN4 users do not need to reset a password inside the app itself. The right recovery route depends on how you sign in.
Email Sign-In In OMN4
If you sign in with email, OMN4 sends you a fresh verification code each time you need one. In that flow there is usually no app password to reset.
- Choose Sign in with Email.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose Send Code.
- Enter the code when it arrives.
- Choose Verify Code.
Apple Or Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Apple or Google, password changes are handled by Apple or Google, not by OMN4.
Website Password Changes
If you use an Anquet website password for web account management, change or reset that password on the Anquet website. After a password change, older installs may need a fresh sign-in before they can sync again.
Before You Reset Anything
- Make sure you know which email address your subscription is attached to.
- If you still have access to OMN4 on another device, allow that device to sync before you make bigger account changes.
