Sign In
OMN4 supports Apple, Google and email sign-in. Use the email address attached to your OMN account so OMN4 can find your subscriptions and synced data. When Apple or Google supplies that same email address, OMN4 matches it to your existing account automatically.
On The Website
When you choose a plan on omnmaps.com, the welcome page keeps your chosen plan and annual price visible while you set up your OMN account. Choose Continue with Email, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple.
For email, enter your address, choose Continue with Email, then enter the six-digit code or follow the link we send you. If you already have an account with that sign-in method, we sign you into it. Otherwise, the create-account journey creates your account and continues to your chosen plan.
You can also choose Sign in if you already use OMN. Use your existing OMN account's email address to keep your maps and routes together.
Your trial eligibility and checkout details are checked after sign-in. An optional preferred-name question can appear after your purchase is confirmed; it does not hold up checkout. You can also update your name on the Account page.
The steps below describe sign-in in the OMN4 apps.
If you already have an account, choose Have an account? Sign in on any of the welcome pages. If you chose Create an account by mistake, choose Already have an account? Sign in on the next screen.
Sign-In Choices
- Apple can find your existing account when it supplies the same email address. Choose Share My Email when offered; Hide My Email supplies a different address.
- Google can find your existing account when your Google account uses the same email address.
- Email sends a one-time verification code to your inbox.
Email Sign-In
- Choose Continue with Email.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose Send Code.
- Enter the code when it arrives.
- Choose Verify Code.
- Continue to sync.
If the code does not arrive, choose Code not arrived? below Resend code, or see Email Code Not Arrived. You can also return to the sign-in choices and use Apple or Google with the same email address.
If OMN4 Asks To Create Or Link An Account
That means OMN4 has authenticated you, but the address or sign-in choice did not match an OMN account. You can either:
- create a new account
- link this sign-in to an existing account
Choose Link Account if you already have an OMN account or subscription under another sign-in method. Creating a new account is for new users who do not need to connect an existing account.
After Sign-In
OMN4 opens the sync screen and checks your account, subscriptions, and supported personal data. Let this first sync finish before judging whether maps, routes, tracks, waypoints, or settings are missing.
