This section covers the problems people most often hit when getting started, changing device, or managing maps in OMN4.

Common Problem Areas

  • the app will not start
  • sign-in or verification is not working
  • maps are missing, slow to appear, or will not download
  • GPS is not finding your location
  • sync does not seem to bring data across
  • the device is running low on space or feeling slow
