Troubleshooting

Overview

Use this section when OMN4 will not start, sign-in is blocked, maps are missing, downloads fail, GPS is not working, sync looks wrong, or storage is causing problems.

Check These First

Before opening a detailed troubleshooting page, check the basics:

  1. Make sure the device has an internet connection if the task needs sign-in, sync, streaming, or downloads.
  2. Check that you are signed in with the OMN4 account you expect.
  3. Open Settings > About if you can, and note the app version.
  4. If the problem affects maps, decide whether it is map access, a missing offline download, or a download that failed.
  5. If the problem affects GPS, check device location permissions before changing OMN4 settings.
