Download Issues

If a map download will not start, stalls, or finishes with missing coverage, work through the basics in order.

Check These First

  • you are signed in to the account that owns the map access
  • the device has an internet connection
  • there is enough free storage
  • the relevant map is available to your subscription

On Phones And Tablets

Also check Settings then Data:

  • Map Download is allowed on the current connection
  • mobile data restrictions are not blocking the download

If Downloads Seem Incomplete

  • open Map Management again and check the map status
  • run verify or update actions if they are offered
  • keep the app open while the work completes

If A Download Keeps Failing

  • try a more stable connection
  • free some device storage
  • restart OMN4 and try again
  • contact support if the same area repeatedly fails
