Download Issues
If a map download will not start, stalls, or finishes with missing coverage, work through the basics in order.
Check These First
- you are signed in to the account that owns the map access
- the device has an internet connection
- there is enough free storage
- the relevant map is available to your subscription
On Phones And Tablets
Also check Settings then Data:
- Map Download is allowed on the current connection
- mobile data restrictions are not blocking the download
If Downloads Seem Incomplete
- open Map Management again and check the map status
- run verify or update actions if they are offered
- keep the app open while the work completes
If A Download Keeps Failing
- try a more stable connection
- free some device storage
- restart OMN4 and try again
- contact support if the same area repeatedly fails
