Waypoints

Waypoints are single saved locations such as summits, car parks, meeting points, or anything else you want to mark on the map.

Add A Waypoint

You can create a waypoint in several ways:

• add one directly from the map
• add one from the grid-reference or coordinate tool
• import one from GPX

Use Waypoints

Waypoints can be:

• shown on the map
• organised into folders
• exported in GPX
• synced to your other OMN4 devices

Tips

• Give important waypoints clear names before you build a large collection.
• If you are using coordinates or grid references to add waypoints, double-check the location before you save.
