Getting Started
Install on iOS
OMN4 is available as a public beta for iPhone and iPad through Apple's TestFlight app. Join the beta, install OMN4, then sign in with your Anquet account.
Requirements
OMN4 requires iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 or later.
Before You Install
- Have your Apple Account available to install TestFlight.
- Keep your Anquet account sign-in details ready. This is the account that holds your mapping subscription and synced data.
Install
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the OMN4 download page and choose TestFlight.
- Follow the invitation's link to install Apple's free TestFlight app from the App Store, if you do not already have it.
- Return to the invitation and open it in TestFlight.
- Tap Accept, then Install to download OMN4.
- Open OMN4 when installation finishes.
If you already test OMN4 in a private group, continue using your existing TestFlight invitation. You do not need to join the public group as well.
Beta Updates
TestFlight provides updates when new public-beta builds are available. Each build can be tested for up to 90 days from upload; TestFlight shows its remaining time. Keep OMN4 updated through TestFlight.
If the invitation says the beta is not accepting testers, check the download page for current availability or contact support.
After Installation
- Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
- Wait for the first sync to finish.
- Open Map Management if you want maps stored on the device.
Notes For iPhone and iPad
- OMN4 only asks for location access when you first use GPS features.
- For large map downloads, it is best to leave OMN4 open until the download has settled.
- Test any offline maps you need before leaving reliable signal.
