Known Issues

This page highlights recurring issues and edge cases that are useful to know about when using OMN4, especially during beta testing.

Recurring Patterns To Be Aware Of

  • Removing the mobile app usually removes downloaded maps from that device.
  • Newly purchased or renewed mapping may need a sync before it appears.
  • Anquet Cloud sync restores supported personal data, but not every offline map download.
  • Android battery restrictions can interfere with long GPS sessions or recording a tracklog.

What To Do If You Hit One Of These

  • Check the matching troubleshooting article in this help centre.
  • Update OMN4 if a newer release is available.
  • Contact support if the issue is blocking you.
