Common Patterns To Be Aware Of
- uninstalling the mobile app usually removes downloaded maps from that device
- newly purchased or renewed mapping may need a sync before it appears
- cloud sync restores supported personal data, but not every offline map download
- Android battery restrictions can interfere with long GPS sessions or track recording
What To Do If You Hit One Of These
- check the matching troubleshooting article in this help centre
- update the app if a newer release is available
- contact support if the issue is blocking you
