This page is for recurring issues and edge cases that are useful to know about when using OMN4.

Common Patterns To Be Aware Of

  • uninstalling the mobile app usually removes downloaded maps from that device
  • newly purchased or renewed mapping may need a sync before it appears
  • cloud sync restores supported personal data, but not every offline map download
  • Android battery restrictions can interfere with long GPS sessions or track recording

What To Do If You Hit One Of These

  • check the matching troubleshooting article in this help centre
  • update the app if a newer release is available
  • contact support if the issue is blocking you
