Terms and Conditions
About these terms
These terms cover OMN4, Anquet Cloud and omnmaps.com, provided by Anquet Technology Ltd, registered in England and Wales (04179362), at 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH. Contact: support@anquet.com.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Your account
Your account is for your own use on devices you own or control. Keep your sign-in details secure and your contact details up to date. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The plan, price, billing period and any trial or promotional conditions are shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Where a trial converts to a paid subscription, the offer explains when charges begin and the price payable.
Cancel through the store where you subscribed, or through Manage subscription in OMN4 for direct purchases. For help with direct purchases, email support@anquet.com. Cancelling renewal takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your payment provider. Deleting the app or your OMN account does not cancel an app-store subscription.
When subscription, trial or promotional access ends, access to the associated maps and paid features ends, including downloaded maps.
Cancellation and refund rights depend on applicable consumer law and where you purchased. For direct purchases, contact support@anquet.com; for store purchases, use that store's refund process. Contact us about faults with OMN4 regardless of where you paid. Store procedures do not remove your statutory rights.
Changes to renewal prices are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. A price change does not alter the price of a period already paid for.
Using OMN4 and its maps
OMN4 and its maps are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use. Business or professional use requires a separate arrangement. Map access depends on your entitlement and the applicable map licence.
You must not:
- share your account, or copy, redistribute, sell or lend the apps or licensed maps;
- extract map data, automate bulk downloads or bypass access controls;
- trace or digitise features from licensed maps, or use OS data for AI or machine learning;
- reverse engineer the apps except where the law permits it;
- remove copyright notices, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully.
OS map prints and images are for personal, non-commercial use, with copyright notices retained. They must not be sold, published or used for planning applications. Content derived from OS maps remains subject to the relevant map licence. These restrictions do not reduce rights granted separately under an open-data or open-source licence.
Ordnance Survey: © Crown copyright and database rights 2026 OS PU 100035020. OS, Ordnance Survey, OS Explorer and OS Landranger are registered trade marks of Ordnance Survey. OS may enforce the terms protecting its data; your licence to use OS data ends if our licence ends.
OpenStreetMap: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence. See openstreetmap.org/copyright. Other providers are identified with their maps.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide OMN4, cloud synchronisation and support, including through our service providers. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Keep independent copies of routes, tracks and other content important to you.
Navigation and availability
Maps and GPS positions may be inaccurate or out of date. A mapped path does not establish a public right of way. Use your judgement, check conditions and carry suitable backup navigation equipment. OMN4 is not an emergency service.
OMN4 may need updates for compatibility, security or continued operation. Map availability can change because of licensing requirements. Changes remain subject to your rights concerning what you purchased; this clause does not allow us to remove those rights.
Accounts and changes to these terms
You can request account closure through your account or by contacting support. Our Privacy Policy explains data retention and deletion.
We may restrict or close an account for serious or repeated misuse, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Any restriction must be proportionate to the reason for it.
We may update these terms for legal, licensing or service changes, subject to applicable requirements for notice and consent.
Responsibility and disputes
Our responsibility for the service, including faulty digital content and loss or damage, is governed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
English law governs these terms, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections under the law that applies to them. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts. Please contact support@anquet.com about complaints.
