Points Explorer
Overview
Points Explorer is OMN4's table view for the points inside a route, track, or waypoint collection.
What It Is For
Use Points Explorer when you want a structured list instead of just looking at the line on the map.
Depending on what you open, it can show:
- point names
- positions
- altitude and GPS altitude
- distance and total distance
- time, speed, and bearing
- climbing and descent figures where available
Typical Uses
- check a route point by point
- review a recorded track in more detail
- inspect waypoints in a simple list
- compare distances and timings along a route
